I have been in love with swimming since I started a summer league at six years old. Older teammates recommended I move onto a club team, which was the best decision of my life. I have been swimming competitively since I was eight and I love every minute of it. I work hard at everything I do, in and out of the pool. I have learned to not only swim for myself, but for my team as well. I bring a positive attitude to every practice whether it is my club or high school team. I am extremely dedicated and work hard every practice, giving 100% at all times. I have been viewed as a leader by not only my coaches and teammates, but my teachers and peers as well. Outside of swimming, I am very active in my school. I am a member of the student council and am now a part of the PEER Leadership program for seniors as well.
