My goal in college is to successfully continue my swimming career but more importantly, further my education in business. I aspire to be a well rounded student athlete throughout college.  I believe winning is a huge aspect of being on a team but I think the most important thing about being apart of any teams is creating bonds. As the team captain, I strive to create lasting bonds with my teammates every season and welcome new swimmers with open arms. I display a sense of leadership when I am with my teammates. Self improvement is essential to creating a better team, but helping my teammates improve creates relationships and a well working team. Outside of my swimming and academic life, I am a youth leader at my church and am very involved in my church community.  I have a positive attitude when training instead of taking a negative outlook on things.  I like to be involved in different things and try out new things to add more positive experiences and make myself a well rounded individual.
