Hi, I’m Savana Watts. I began my competitive swim career in my 8th-grade year on our High School Varsity Swim Team, where I have continued training and competing as well as through our Artesia Aquatic club ever since. I have quickly progressed and plan on continuing throughout college. Currently, I am ranked 1st place as the New Mexico High School Girls District 3-4 100 SCY Backstroke Champion and 6th place overall in the New Mexico Hight School Girls 100 SCY Back Stroke at High School Varsity level.
I’m always striving to do the best in what I put my mind to, in and out of the pool, and I appreciate constructive criticism to improve in any way I can. I consider myself a glass-half-full person because I always strive to find the best in every situation. I’m always trying my best to keep the peace within our team and get my teammates to see the best in themselves, each other, and all situations.
I would greatly appreciate it if you would consider me an athlete and a student at your school. I will continue to grow and improve and hopefully be under a minute for my 100 SCY backstroke this summer, along with improving my 100 SCY freestyle.
