Personal Statement

Moving to Buffalo, NY in 2012 started the beginning of my swimming career. I joined STAR Swimming, which eventually became my second home. I joined the swim team at Olmsted, my middle school. Once I began high school at Buffalo Seminary, I joined their team as well and had successful seasons my freshman and sophomore years.

I work my hardest in and out of the pool to be the best athlete I can be. I work hard in school because my academics are as important to me as swimming. I have a lot of team spirit and I love to cheer on my teammates. My teammates, friends, and coaches describe me as someone who is always happy and full of energy.

My main events are the 200 breaststroke and the 200 butterfly. I also sprint the 50 and 100 freestyle. I also swim the 100 butterfly, 100 breaststroke, 200 IM, and 400 IM.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
