I fell in love with the sport of swimming when I first saw my sister swim at her high school swim meet. I immediately wanted to learn how to swim all of the strokes at age 14. I made varsity my freshman year of swimming breaking, 30 in the 50 free at my first meet. Swimming has been a huge part of my life and I would love to continue at the college level. I have come a long way since freshman year and I have so many goals that I want to accomplish this upcoming senior season. I started swimming late, but I think this sets me apart from other swimmers because I have dropped so much time in 2 years. I have taken the leadership role on my team, by controlling the swimming instagram and being there for the underclassmen.
