Hi, my name is Samantha Lingo and my dream is to be a doctor. I've always wanted to be one since I was a little girl but I don't know what kind. I want to help people when I get older and I want to make a difference in the world. In college, I want to balance swimming and school so I can be the best I can be. Throughout my years of swimming I have learned that I care for others. I always want to cheer on my teammate and want them to succeed. I am a hard worker and I always push myself and others to be the best. I always listen to my coach and try to be as positive as I can be in and out of the pool. I try not to complain even when the sets are hard and I try to focus on succeeding in and out of the pool. Right now I'm on my 12th year of swimming for the Anderson Barracudas and I'm in my fourth year of swimming for Turpin High school. I have always loved swimming even when I was a little girl sitting in the stands watching my brothers swim and I want to continue this love for swimming in college.
