I’m Madison (Maddie) Montavon and I graduated high school in 2020. I joined my jr high swim team in 8th grade and have been swimming since. I also joined our local spartan swim club team for extra practice while competing on my high school team. I swam the the 50m free, 100m free, 100m back, 100m breast and 500m free. I was also the anchor on our medley relay team that made it to districts and on the 400 free relay that also made it to districts 2 years in a row. Since my 8th grade year I have cut 3 seconds off my 50 free every year. I have 1 older brother, 1 younger brother and a younger sister. In addition to swimming I was also a varsity starting memeber of our women’s soccer team, cross country team and track team. I am a A student with the exception of math which I sometimes get a B in. I love swimming and would love to be able to continue swimming once I start grad school. i had a scholarship out of high school, but had to give it up for health reasons, but have hope for a second chance in grade school.
