Personal Statement
I’m Hannah Thompson and the sport of swimming has helped shape me into who I am today. This sport has taught me detection, determination and resilience. I have gone through many struggles in my swim carrier which has only lead me to grow stronger, through these challenges I have mastered patience, grit and adaptability. I hope to find a school that pushes my learning as an athlete and a student to a new level.

- 2024 Windsor Essex Swim Team (Barracuda)
- Joined the Windsor Essex Swim Team for the 2023-24 swim season
- 2023 Blenheim Blast Swim Team (SR Competitive)
- Joined Blenheim Blast Swim Team as the first local club to open after Covid-19
- 2021 Windsor Aquatic Club (Provincial)
- Joined Windsor Aquatic Club as it was the first club she could get into (limited) after Covid. Required a 1 hour drive to and from the practice facility up to 7 times per week
- 2020 Chatham Y Pool Sharks (SR)
- Started swimming career with the Chatham Y Pool Sharks, achived multiple club records, achieved national time standards and won multiple provincial gold medals. Was shut out of swimming due to covid 19 in March of 2020. Club did not re-open until 2022. All competitve swimmers and coaches had moved on at that point.
