Shefalee Rane '20 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals are to achieve a great education, possibly in the nursing field, while being a part of a competitive swimming team during my undergraduate studies.  I am a great candidate for a collegiate swimming team because I have a abundance of mental & physical swimming skills. I found my passion for swimming ever since I was 4 years old. I began taking swim lessons at my local high school and realized that I really enjoyed the sport. My high school women’s swimming team are 10x District XI Champions and EPC Champions. I have also received honor roll for my high school both freshmen and sophomore year. Although I do not define myself only as a swimmer, swimming shall forever be a part of my life and has shaped and defined who I am today. I have and continue to work on my stroke, starts, and turns with my coaches to improve my skills. I look forward to swimming in college and using my skills to help my team and I succeed.
