As a swimmer holding the Panama National Age Group and Former Absolute Records for 1500 Freestyle, I am a dual citizen of Panama and the USA, and identify as LatinX. I am eager to attend a highly competitive and academically motivated college, preferably in the NAIA, Division II, or high-performing Division III category. My top priority is finding a school that values academics as much as I do and offers a positive swim team atmosphere. I am seeking an academic program that will challenge me to grow beyond my current abilities, and prove that with dedication and hard work, I can achieve my dreams.
I hold dual citizenship in both the USA and Panama and have represented both countries in swimming competitions. Recently, I was nominated by the Panama Swim Federation for the 2019 Central American and Caribbean Conference meet, as well as for the 2021 Pan American Games. In the 2018-2019 season, I was recognized as part of the Southeastern Swimming Short Course Season All-Star Team for my top 5 rankings in the 1000 freestyle. I specialize in distance swimming and enjoy long swims, but am also versatile enough to fill any relay spot.
I look forward to joining a team, college, and academic community to help me achieve my educational and athletic goals.
