I started swimming in May 2014. I had previously done Dance since I was 3, Basketball and Volleyball. I thought that I would enjoy swimming so I started as a 6th grader. I moved up very quickly in the year and a half I have been swimming from novice to Gold II. I have achieved time standard in the 1000m free, and I am close to achieving time standards in several other events including 500m free, 200m IM, 100m Free, 100m back. Our middle school just started year round swim this school year so I swim for the middle school in the morning and for my club team after school. Swimming is my passion and would love to take it as far as I can.
