My name is Krysta Owens and I absolutely love swimming comp. I’ve always loved the water, even when I was little no one could get me out of the pool. Now, 10 years later, I’m getting ready for college and still no one can get me out! One reason I love swim is because of how it challenges me. The harder the set is, the more rewarding it is to complete it. I love setting goals and working hard until I meet them and exceed them. Swim also allows me to meet new people everywhere I go. I love to be social and get to know people, especially those on my team. I love the energy of a relay team and how fun it is to push each other to be the best we can be.
