Hi! My name is Ala Killen. I am currently a junior at Maggie L. Walker Governor's School and am working towards pursuing a career in architecture and industrial design. I am looking for a school that allows me to continue to push myself beyond what I am currently capable of both in the pool and outside of it, and one that has a positive team environment with people who are close to each other and genuinely strive for team success. I work best when I am around those who are also working to better themselves and are supportive of each other. While I can get the job or practice done on my own, I thrive in places where I feel like I am a part of a greater whole.
