Callie Gregg '22 Recruiting Profile

                  My name is Callie Gregg and I have been a part of swimming for over 10 years. I have started country club swimming at the age of 6, and later progressed to club swimming at the age of 9. I became apart of Elmbrook Swim Club in Wisconsin which I am currently on to this day. Throughout being on this team, I have been able to achieve Mega Zone Cuts, State Cuts, Speedo Cuts, and NCSA standards. With attending these many different competitions, I have been able to learn what my strengths and weakness are,  and what I need to accomplish to become not only a better swimmer, but a student.  

             As a swimmer, I am able to push myself past my season goals and encourage my teammates in the process. I take upon any opportunities I obtain to make me become a stronger and faster swimmer. Not to mention, I would be a huge contributor to the team as I always want the best for my teammates, encouraging them at practice and bringing a positive attitude. My academics would also play a huge role as my high GPA would bring up the teams overall GPA, with taking part in multiple honors and AP college courses.

             For my college experience, I am striving to challenge myself as whatever the highest division level that will allow me to compete as a swimmer. Looking forward at my career path, I would love to go into the business field. Depending on my opportunities, I am open to going anywhere in the country for college. In college, I am aiming to be not only pushed as a swimmer, but academically, as I am a firm believer in my studies and athletics.
