As a human, sister, team member, and student I always work my hardest at everything I do. I am a good friend and team member and am always there for my team mates and peers. Over the past few years I've gone from quiet to being one of the loudest cheerers for my fellow swimmers and biggest supporters for the new swimmers and offer all that I can. I have been working very hard to keep a good balance, working on myself, my academics, and my sports and I am happy and confident where I am at and how I see myself getting better at it each and every day.
My Academic Goals. After I finish Highschool I aspire to go to a 4 year Public college to get a degree is Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or something related. My dream has to become an artist since I was young, so I am hoping Graphic Design or Illustration will lead me on a creative art filled path.
My Athletic Goals. Though I probably won't go on to become a world famous athlete, my sport is very important to me and I hope to continue doing it through my whole life. The exercise, the community, the work, and the challenge inspire me to keep working hard every practice and I want to continue doing it for as long as I can. If I was unable to get into college swimming, I would be swimming with some other program most likely, but I'm really hoping to swim in college specifically, because of the all the connections I will make that could not only be personal but also to the school that I'm going to and being apart of something like that is what motivates me, and pushes me to be better at not only swimming, but my academics as well.
