I have been playing tennis for almost a decade now, and the experiences I have gained through the game are insurmountable. I have met so many people, been to so many places, and experienced so many things that would never have been possible without tennis. I have always been a hard worker in everything I have done. I have also been playing piano since I was 4 years old, have maintained a 4.0 or higher (after I started taking AP) GPA in school, and participate in many school clubs. My goal is to be a lawyer eventually. My team had made it to mock trial state this year, but unfortunately, it was cancelled due to the virus. I would love to play tennis for a college where I can earn my undergraduate degree. I am not sure what I want to major in, as almost every major can feed into law school. Because I want to go to law school at a prestigious college, I will work extremely hard in college to maintain my academics as well as my sports. I especially enjoy playing on a team. This past summer (summer 2019) I played Intersectionals for my section, the Southwest, in Shreveport, LA. It was an amazing experience, and I made longstanding friendships and memories. I also learned a lot about team tennis, which I enjoy a lot. I am currently a sophomore, and am not sure on where I want to go to college or everything I want to do in the future, meaning my options are open. Playing collegiate tennis is an important goal of mine, and I look forward to finding my perfect fit.
