Since the age of seven, tennis has been my passion. Initially introduced to the sport by my parents, I quickly discovered an innate talent and amazing hand-eye coordination. Every time I held the racket, I was filled with excitement. From then on I committed myself to tennis.
For the past five years I have been training full-time, recently relocating from California to Florida in 2023. My reasons for this were to raise my level and immerse myself in one of the most competitive tennis environments. I aspire to play on the pro tour after college. Everyday I remain determined and remind myself that this is a journey.
Alongside my athletic pursuits, I have a strong GPA and participate in the National Honor Society. Additionally, I take three honors courses as of sophomore year. I enjoy pushing myself academically and solving challenging problems.
I aim to find a college that not only provides a strong academic foundation, but also a competitive yet supportive tennis team. I enjoy being in a competitive environment where I push others to their maximum potential, as well as my own. I would like for college to provide a solid base for my transition into the professional tour. In the end, my goal is to be the best version of myself both on and off the court. I want to proudly represent not only my future college but also my family and community.
