About Me
Hi, I'm Tallia Harper! I'm excited to begin my college journey to pursue my academic goals in sports nutrition and grow as tennis player. I have a passion for nutrition and fitness and am working hard to turn it into a career path for me in my future. In addition, I'm eager to be part of a team and learn all I can from college coaches and teammates. Since I don't play for a club team, I always commit to representing my school, Santa Cruz High School, during the girls' tennis season. During my freshman, sophomore, and junior years of high school, I held and undefeated league record at #1 singles. I also had the honor to represent my school at CCS both freshman and sophomore year (sadly, CCS was canceled my junior year due to COVID). Though I love singles, I also enjoy playing doubles because it gives me the opportunity to better my net game and collaborate with my partner. I'm especially grateful for the high school league because I have more chances to be competitive on the court yet still cheer and support my teammates from the sidelines. I'd love to do the same on a college team.
