My name is Gabriella Michels and I play tennis everyday of the week and play tournaments on the weekends. I focus on both my academics and tennis while managing over a 3.5 GPA. I have a love for playing tennis and I always enjoy spending my time on the court focusing on becoming a better player.

- This was my first tournament since May and I lost both my matches. I lost the first one against a 6 UTR: 2-6, 2-6. I then lost the second match against another 6 UTR: 7-6(7-3), 4-6, 5-10. I played a total of almost 4 hours but played the best I could after only practicing for the past 3 months.

I played doubles a couple days later due to the rain in Florida and made it to the finals winning in a tiebreaker. The score was 6-2, 3-6, 10-7 leading my doubles partner and I to go directly to states in Florida.
