I have been an athlete since I was a little girl, however I never found my passion in any sport like I did for Tennis. When I play tennis my mindset is to never give up and that I will do my best until the last second of the game. Another important lesson that tennis has taught me is that every day is a new day to learn new things and improve my abilities. Tennis is not the only sport I have played, I learned good team work skills that have allowed me to help myself and teammates, but also be able to be a good leader. Sports have built my character but academics have molded me; my time management to improve because with my Cambridge classes if you are no on top of your work you will fall behind, it has also showed me why learning is so important if I want to get places in my future, due to my dream to have a Specialist Neurologist Clinic.
Firstly, I am a natural communicator who can effectively articulate ideas and instructions to team members. I am also an excellent listener, which is essential in not only being an effective communicator but also in creating an environment of trust and respect. This ensures that everyone is heard and valued and encourages everyone to work together towards common goals. I am also highly organized and can prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. This ensures that the team can work efficiently and effectively, without taking on too much work or becoming overwhelmed.
Furthermore, I am a great critical thinker and problem solver which will help to identify and resolve any issues that may arise. There is one skill that has always been highlighted in my life; I am always honest. I will tell you what I think if you ask me because I believe that as human beings, we all have flaws and if you are looking for advice or help, someone should always be honest with you and that will always be me. This not only creates trust that what I am saying is true but trust that you can count on me to listen and to give you the most truthful opinion I have.
