Nicole Cierniak '23 Recruiting Profile

I'm 16 years old and I'm currently a junior at Venice High School. My mom has been coaching me ever since I was 5. Tennis is like a second world to me. I'm very passionate in excelling and being the best that I can be. I train 7 days a week for a few hours and I keep up with fitness. My dream is to play for a  Division 1 school that not only is demanding in sports but also in education. I'm very hardworking and if a match doesn't go the way I want it too I revise it and see how I can play better. I play on the varsity team for my school. Playing with the girls on the team is the best feeling anybody could ever experience. The sound of the girls and coaches cheering you on brings joy in my heart and motivation to keep going. I strive to be positive on the court and uplifting to my teammates during matches. I may be very competitive but I also have very good sportsmanship on and off the court. I'm excited and intrigued to see what future is ahead of me!
