Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Valeria Walters. When I challenge myself playing tennis during the school year, not only does it help me stay active physically, but also mentally. Using tennis as an outlet from stress due to various vigorous classes at school helps me stay focused on excelling in my classes. Ever since I started playing 10 years ago, no other sport has been able to inspire such passion in me. Through every loss and win, I strive to grow, improve and learn more about myself and the game. But in the end, there is nothing better than being with a supportive team.
