Hello: My name is Kaitlin Burguieres and I am a 16 year-old right-hander at St Louis Catholic High School in Lake Charles, Louisiana. My freshman year (14') I was a State Semi-Finalist and posted an 8-1 regular season singles record. My Sophomore year (15') I was a State Qualifier and Regional Semi-Finalist with a regular season singles record of 8-1. Junior (16')year I was state doubles champion and posted an 8-1 singles record for the year. In March 2014 I was listed #40 on Tennis Recruiting Networks Prince Hot 100. I attended Newks Tennis Ranch in 2014 and was placed in the "Top Gun" flight of campers. I am currently playing tennis and running five days a week and participating in athletic PE agility training at my High School. I will be playing USTA tournaments the remainder of the year and will participate in the ITA Summer Circuit in 2016. Outside of tennis I love to hunt and participate in water sports. I am interested in majoring in Political science. My goal is to earn a college scholarship for tennis, take my game to the next level, and contribute to my team in singles and doubles play.
