As a young, black female, many of the odds are against me for my future, in education and especially in tennis. This is the drive that makes me not only want to become a divison 1 player in college, but also a professional in tennis. What makes me stand out and what makes me an excellent candidate for these teams, is that I undserstand the sacrifice and determintation that goes with it. I understand what it takes to going after my aspirations in life. I also know that my education is essential to standing out and becoming successful. I take all of my school work seriously, I use my discipline and ambiton to get good grades. I plan on going to a college that offers me the best in not only education, also in my tennis, even with the difficulties I might face.
