Jennifer Tran '24 Recruiting Profile

It wasn't until the summer before the 6th grade that I really started to get into playing tennis. During the summer, my sister were signed up for a training program with a coach on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. By the time I was in the 6th grade I was trying out different sports to see which one was the right fit for me. What I didn't know was that I was moving. The hardest part was not being able to see my friends again. But, my spirits were hopeful now that I could make new friendships and start working tennis more evidently.

Skills : I have good control on my serves and soft touch around the net. I also have ambitious goals to be ranked in the top ten nationally by the time I am 20. I am very much  coachable and reasonable to work on the skill I need to work on as well to  strive to be one of the hardest working players and one of the hardest working recruits you'll find. 

GPA: Right now my GPA is at 3.75 which is as well as in the top 10%. I do my best when studying for tests a quizzes and have great teamwork when working with other people. What I hope to gain is that I make my parents proud and to be successful in the future.
