Personal Statement

My goal is to play college tennis at a high intensity level.

The top three reasons you would want me on your team are:

1. I am very coachable. I have already accomplished quite a bit because of this trait. I am eager and slightly obsessive about perfecting my skills.

2. I accel in high pressure situations.  As an 8th grader I made it to the individual tennis state tournament for doubles.  For softball, also as an 8th grader, my first game as varsity catcher, the game was tied and went into extra innings. I was the first up to bat and hit a walk off home run to win the game.  For 15U hockey, I was goalie in a game to go to state where we had six overtime periods and we were out shot 33-98. I had 96 saves.

3. I am a very positive teammate.  I have had a positive experience with every coach and every player I have played with and this has helped me and my team greatly.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
