KATHERINE DUDLEY-...Personal Statement
My name is Katherine Dudley and I am a senior at Rock Bridge High School, graduating class of 2018. I am eagerly searching universities that fit both my academic and athletic goals.
Throughout high school, I have been a two sport varsity athlete, competing in both tennis and track and field. I have decided to fully commit to tennis because of my strong desire to be a collegiate tennis player.
My game style for singles is a mix of aggressive baseliner and all-court player. My strengths are my forehand and my speed. In doubles, I serve and volley and move to the net on most returns. My volleys, poaching ability, and strategic knowledge are my strengths in doubles. My game is still improving and I am striving to reach my fullest potential.

- My daily training routine consists of four hours of tennis which includes conditioning and mental training. In addition, I take 1-2 private lessons weekly with my coach, Marco Rodriguez, and work with a personal trainer, Donald Leaper, twice a week.

- My weekly training consisted of 2-4 hours of tennis training, 3-4 days a week. Additional, 1-2 private lessons a week with Zach Buenger (Columbia, MO-KCUT Coach) and/or Marco Rodreguez (Overland Park, KS-KCUT). Lastly, I worked with a physical trainer, Stacey McKenny, 2 times a week. **During high school track & field season (March-May), my tennis training was reduced to one private lesson per week and one physical training session per week.
