My name is Olivia McGruder. I'm 18 and a senior at Lebanon High School in Lebanon, Missouri. I got a late start in tennis, but it very quickly became my passion and something I am very driven to reach my full potential. I started playing shortly before my freshman year playing at number 9. I was not okay with being number 9, so I worked my butt off in the off-season and took the number one spot the following year over multiple seniors. I have been number one ever since. I also placed 9th at state that year. During my junior year, in the state-qualifying match, I fell and injured my ankle and was forced to withdraw from the match. I'm very dedicated and determined to be the best I can be on and off the court. I currently have a 34 on the ACT, and I'm working towards getting a perfect score. I also received the USTA Missouri Valley Section girl's sportsmanship award this past year. I am determined to make it to state this year and to continue to improve my USTA junior ranking. Please let me know if you would like to see my tournament schedule for the 2024-2025 USTA season, my high school season, or if you have any questions. Thanks for taking the time to view my profile and for taking an interest in me.
