I have been playing club tennis ever since I was about eight years old. Unfortunately, my high school does not offer tennis as a sport, so I have been playing club tennis year-round throughout high school. In the spring and summer, I participate in junior team tennis with individuals from my club every year. I like to think I do a good job of balancing academics and athletics, knowing how hectic the two can get. In my free time, I like to volunteer at my local food bank and enjoy doing this about once every month. I am excited to go through the recruiting process and finally be able to take part in a tennis team at my school.
