Meredith McCraw C...Personal Statement
My name is Meredith McCraw, I am a young student athlete looking for coaches recognition to get a boost on my college interests. I have been playing tennis ever since I could pick up a racquet. My parents both played tennis in college and I want to play tennis in college and succeed academically as well. I am only a Sophomore in high school but have a bright and successful future ahead of me as long as I put God and my school work first.
I have a two handed forehand side as well as the backhand. Having a two handed forehand gives me a larger amount of control and power. I have a strong serve and use top spin and under spin quite a bit.
Playing in tennis tournaments, working at tennis clinics, and training for my school tennis season gives me more than enough experience to prepare for a higher level of tennis. I enjoy playing people better than me, that is why I am starting to play more 18's. It is a chance for me to use skills and practice things I need to work on.
