I started playing tennis when I was eleven years old. Played both years on the middle school team and fell in love with it, then advancing to playing on the varsity team at Dublin Coffman High School. Continuing my development as a collegiate student athlete and contributing to a team are important growth goals for me. In addition to my varsity tennis experience and playing at my club Elysium Tennis, I have also been given the opportunity to coach at Elysium Tennis. The youngest age that I coach is three, and then ranging from beginners to high school level players. These kids have also helped me individually learn a lot about myself and how much I love the game and working with these next generation of younger kids is a rewarding experience. I have gotten much positive feedback from my coaches, their parents, and my boss about how I'm perfect for the job and how great I am interacting with the kids. This experience of coaching these kids have given me the opportunity of my own to coach a junior team where I have used what I learned to help them with their game and goals. Additionally, I am now teaching clinics and coaching adult team tennis at The Country Club at Muirfield Village here in Dublin, Ohio. All these opportunities have greatly helped my development in the game.
