Ella Bleyl '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I am Ella Bleyl.  I love the game of tennis.  A simple statement, but the passion I feel about the game is nothing but simple.  My Grandfather was an incredible tennis player, and used to call me his "tennis girl" before I ever even held a racquet. For years now I have been playing at the club that he played at for more than forty years before he passed away.  

I love the discipline and strategy of the game and feel that having those skills have served me well academically. Pun intended :)  I am a very serious student and put as much into preparing academically as I do athletically.    My dream is to play tennis in college, and as a Senior in High School I am working hard to prepare for the opportunity.  I am again playing doubles my Senior year and just closed out my season of conference play undefeated 6-0.  We move onto sectionals next week and are working hard to prepare for success there.
