Tennis is a very important part of my life and I want to keep playing as long as I can. I joined the tennis team my 9th grade year of high school and I made doubles for varsity my second year on the team. This year as a junior I am our teams number one singles player. My ending record for the season is 15-3. I made it to the quaterfinals in both singles and doubles playoffs. I am already excited about next season!
I feel that playing tennis in college would beneficial for me because it pushes me to do my best in not just my sports but in my studies as well. I also think that I could be beneficial for the team because I maintain a positive attitude and I enjoy encouraging and motivating my teammates. I want to keep playing tennis and build myself into the best player I can be.
