Tennis has been a part of my life since I was little through one way or another. My mom, dad and brother also played tennis and we always found our way on a court. It has proven to be difficult to play this sport, physically and mentally, but my passion for the sport always draws me back. I have been competing since I was 10-12 years. My passion for the sport and dedication to wanting to pursue tennis in college has kept me consistently practicing, competing and putting in work to be able to achieve my goals. I believe that tennis has shaped my character and personality, contributing with its many good skills such as problem solving, confidence, endurance, determinant and much more.
Additional to tennis, I am very dedicated to my academic life. Since the 6th grade I was placed in the honors math at my school until other classes were offered in 9th/10th. Now entering into the IB DP(International Baccalaureate Diploma Program) of my school I chose rigorous, high level classes which have proven to be challenging. I am a part of the National Honor Society, reflecting my academic achievements, and work hard to be able to maintain balance in my life.
