I have played multiple sports since the age of 5 including flag football, soccer, basketball, and tennis. I first started playing tennis when I would play with my older brother when he was in high school, and I really enjoyed it. This is my second full year playing team tennis due to having no team because of COVID my freshman year, and I qualified to go to the SCHSL singles state tournament this season. I have played the number 1 spot on my team both years. I am not planning to play the other sports this year to focus on tennis and prepare for my Senior season. I plan to attend college, but I am still deciding on my field of study. I am a dual enrollment student at my school, and hope to complete my Associates Degree in Arts upon high school graduation. I am active in my church outside of school and sports. I feel like I have always been a good teammate, and a very coachable player. I look forward to pushing myself to become a more competitive and complete player.
