Personal Statement
Hi, I'm Mary. I have been playing tennis ever since 4th grade. Tennis is something that brings me a lot of joy. I don't get nervous when it comes to playing, if anything, I get super excited and annoy my parents by talking about it weeks before. My teammates and I have so much fun together and continue to help each other grow in our favorite sport. I practice for about 4-5 hours each week and sometimes I will go out myself to hit some serves. My doubles partner and I just came up short in 2023 by landing 2nd place at TAPPS state and this year we landed 3rd while still remaining undefeated at Regionals for two years in a row.
