Addison Rosser '25 Recruiting Profile

     I have been playing tennis since I was 7 years old. Becoming very competitive and successful at such a young age taught me what it meant to put my all into something. Tennis gave me an escape, and as my skills continued to grow, I fell in love with the sport. My passion for tennis has never faded and I’m positive this pattern will continue. 

      High school tennis is where I began to really thrive. I was on the varsity team and lineup starting my freshman year. After lots of hardworking and sacrifice, I made it to state for girls doubles 5A during spring season of my freshman year. The amazing season I had motivated me to work harder than ever. Despite the odds stacked against me and my partner, we made it to state again for girls doubles during my sophomore year. As I wrap up my Junior year, I am proud to say that I am a Texas 5A Mixed Doubles State Champion. I had an incredible season, not giving up a single set during the District, Regional, and State tournaments.

     I am going into my Senior year as the one and only team captain, proving the trust that my coach has in me to do the job correctly. I have such a strong devotion for this sport, and that has translated into everything I do. My academics are fueled by my work ethic and eagerness to learn. Because tennis has given me everything, I want to continue to give my everything to tennis. I believe I am a perfect fit for so many schools because I will make every team feel like a family.
