My name is Maria Entrena, and I am a 16-year-old from Venezuela. I have been playing tennis for about ten years now. I started to play at the age of six, and ever since then, I have fallen in love with the sport every day even more. I am ranked two in the varsity team for my school. I am also now the captain of my team. This year my team and I are districts champions with a score of 6-0. I am a hard worker-athlete and I work hard to get better almost every day. Eventhougt in my profile it says I play singles, I love to play with other people too. Besides singles, I really like playing mixed. I really like playing girl's doubles, but mixed is such a different experience. One of my biggest dreams ever since I was a little girl was to play tennis in college and professionally. I am willing to work hard to obtain those goals.
