My collegiate goals and aspirations include; academic/sports excellence, personal development, and gaining knowledge through experiences. Traits that I have that makes me a good candidate for a track team consist of coachability and dedication/passion. Doing sports my whole life I know how to receive feedback positively and being able to adapt to guidance from my coaches. I've had the passion for running since I was little. I've yet to experience any better feeling than the feeling than crossing the finish line knowing that I gave it my all. The trait that makes me different is being humble. Being humble allows me to really listen to the coaches advice and having sportsmanship on the track. Another trait that I have is self discipline. Even though I'm racing other girls on the track, its myself that I have to beat. I have to try crossing that finish line faster than I did before. My biggest competitor is myself, and with every race I try to beat her.
