My name is Lauren Thai and I am 17 years old. I am 5’6 and attend Agoura high school. I enjoy hiking, golfing and playing basketball in my free time. I have ran track since I was 6 years old and been in love with the sport ever since. It has always been my goal and dream to compete at the next level and continue doing what I love in college. Track has been something that has gotten me through many things over my lifetime. It has shown me first hand how the results of hard work and dedication can pay off. Everyday the fear of being outworked motivates me to get better. I would love any chance I get to compete in college and be able to better my education at the highest level. My work ethic is unlike anyone else in the classroom and on the field. Also, I understand what it takes to get better. I understand how much dedication and sacrifice it takes to be able to compete in college and I am so excited to take on the challenge.
