My name is Morgan Rust. I am excited about being able to compete at the next level. I have been very successful as a multi-sport student athlete (Cross Country, Basketball, and Track). I am on varsity for all sports teams. I am an athlete that is dedicated to challenging work and I have a high work ethic. I stay organized and can handle the pressure of being a student athlete in college.
My academic course load is rigorous as I am taking Advanced Placement and Honors classes while maintaining over a 4.0 G.P.A. In Cross Country, I was named All-CIF and 1st Team All San Gabriel Valley and 1st Team All-Conference. Additionally, I received the CIF Southern Section Academic Award for Track and Basketball. I have competed at some of the highest levels- Arcadia Invitational, Woodbridge Invitational, and Nike Invitational.
Being able to help others is very important to me. I am undecided about my college major but I am interested in professions within the medical field. Giving back to communities is of upmost importance to me. I volunteer as much as I can to various organizations to help others.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I look forward to seeing if I am a good fit for your university and athletic program.
