My collegiate goals include studying at a competitive college or university for my undergraduate degree, with the intent of furthering my education in graduate school, and one day earning my Ph.D. My intention is to find a school where the opportunity to run cross country and track and field is synonymous with acquiring a first rate education.
As a competitive runner and teammate, I have proven myself as a determined and hardworking athlete capable of meeting challenges and overcoming setbacks. This is evident by my consistent improvement and PRs over the course of my running career. If asked, I'm cofident that my coaches would say that I am extremely coachable and when given direction to improve, I put direction into action. I believe my teammates would describe me as supportive, motivated, and someone who leads by example. In Spring, 2022 I was awarded "Outstanding Sophomore" by my coaches as our season concluded as CIF, Southern Section Champions.
Most recently, our team won California Bay League (CIF/SS) and we're ramping up for CIF Prelims at Mt. Sac.
