I want to go to a four-year university and major in English. I value education tremendously and it's one of my dreams to get a Bachelors Degree. (And to hopefully write a book or two) I have been an active Girl Scout since kindergarten, and have achieved my bronze and silver awards, am a current member of the Girl Advisory Bureau, and have volunteered at multiple Girl Scout summer camps for the past three years. I am an active student in all of my classes and clubs, which include French Club, Theater and Honors English. I am also part of my city's March For Our Lives chapter and I marched with LAUSD teachers to support my mother. Although track is my main sport, I also do cross country and at the end of the season achieved the Coaches Award because of my hard work and vast improvement. On the track I make it my priority to perform well at meets and succeed in daily workout's. I am very goal oriented and am somewhat of a perfectionist, so I strive to beat my time at every meet. I think a good team member should be hardworking and always try their best, so I try to emulate that in all aspects of my life. Of course, that extends to me getting a sore throat after every meet because I cheer so much for my friends.
