I started running just for the fun of it in middle school and as I kept going I realized how much it's helped my mental health. I used to struggle a lot with my mental health and I'm also one to stress easily. But running track has helped me through so much and all the coaches I've had have supported me in so many ways and have helped me progress in my speed and help get me through many difficult situations. Running has helped me find my worth and has made me want to do better in my health.
