2013 Gold Coast A...Personal Statement
Academically, I started out my high school journey with the idea of being a veterinarian, however over the past two seasons of track and cross country dealing with not only my own injuries, but also those of my teammates, I have begun to learn how much more there is to the sport of running, and for that reason, my academic direction has shifted to sports medicine.
Athletically, my dream is to help my team achieve state qualifications in both track and cross country my remaining three years in high school! My goal is to remain the on varsity level most of the sports I do, to ensure that I can preform at the highest level possible at the college level! My goal is to work my way up to a division 1 level. My dream is to find a really good team to run with and to act like a family no matter if any one has there up's or down's.

- This was the first official meet and the most difficult course of the 2013 season. Heat played a major issue in this meet Brittany was able to complete the race in a time of 28:36:50 placing 81 out of 104 runners in the 4A Invitational.
