I am wanting to perform track at a collegiate level because running has always been a huge part of my life. When I was in elementary school, I would run with my mom and grandpa. I continued running through my middle school years and now into my high school years which has led me to break my school's records for the 100m and 200m.
I believe that I would be a great addition to any team because I am dedicated, coachable, and reliable. Being a three-or-more-sport athlete for all of my life has helped me become a well-rounded person and athlete by teaching me to manage my time efficiently and work well with other people. I also do a lot of volunteering outside of school resulting in over 200 hours of volunteering as a sophomore. I have grown to love track more and more everyday because I can challenge myself and push my own limits. I want to continue my love of running past high school.
