My name is Ella Stephenson, I started running my freshman year when I ran cross-country. I loved it so I decided to do track also and I have had some of the best experiences and made great friends being on a team, I am now a Junior, currently doing Cross Country. I'm always looking for ways to improve by setting goals to push myself and utilizing all the feedback that I received to get better. I am truly passionate about running track and cross-country, it has become a large part of my life and I am excited to continue my running career and college.
Aside from running, school along with extracurricular activities have always been something that is important to me. I am in all honors courses, took one AP course as a Sophomore, and I am currently taking three AP courses as a Junior. I am ranked 13th out of 195 students in my class with a cumulative GPA of 4.52. Along with academics, I am involved in clubs such as the Interact Club, a Rotary-sponsored club that is involved in service projects in the community and I am a Co-President of our club. Volunteering is something that I do often, I enjoy knowing that what I'm doing has an impact on my community. With lots of commitments and responsibilities, I have developed great time management skills to help me find balance and stay organized.
