I am interested in pursuing cross country and track and field in college. I've found my real passion, which is running. Even though I’m new to the sport of running, I’m dedicated and committed to improving my performances.
I am currently a junior at Tolland High school and will graduate in the Spring of 2024. To me running is more than just putting one foot in front of the other; it’s about the dedication and commitment towards your coaches, teammates, and the sport. I love the team aspect that comes with the sport. Cheering on teammates or being cheered on is what I love most about competing. I also love that running is a mental and physical sport that I can improve upon myself. I rely on my teammates to push me hard and they rely on me as well. This is why I want to continue my running career in college.
My preferred events include distance events (4 x 800, DMR, SMR: 800m leg, 800m, 1000m, 1600m, 3000m).
