Personal Statement
I am a good candidate for a college cross country and track team because of my work ethics and love for the sport. Running is a tough sport, but I have completely fallen in love with it and put in everything I have into every race. I set many goals for myself academically as well as athletically, and have a never give up attitude. I have managed to balance sports and school while maintaining straight A's and a 3.7 GPA and will continue this work ethic in college. One of my favorite parts of my sport is the bond I have with my team and I am hoping and looking forward to making a similar bond with my future team in college.
