I started track my junior year with no experience in sprints or hurdles. My first meet was February 18, 2023 with a time of 20.72. My most recent meet was April 20, 2023, with a time of 17.58. I began the season 5 stepping, then progressed to 4 stepping and alternating lead legs. I have 3 stepped at practice, but not yet in a meet. I have been dancing for 14 years, so I have experience with flexibility and "leaping". I have had a busy school year being part of many things including Track, being the captain of my school dance team, being the Editor of our Yearbook program, having a part time job, and taking all IB (International Baccalaureate) classes. I am very passionate about Track and this event and am very excited to see where it takes me! Thank you.
